POLICIES
Partys are not allowed. As this is a family friendly resort, Emerald Island institutes “quiet times” from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that you adhere to this policy.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed at “Serenity Now”. Any type of smoking may set off the fire alarms. If guests have been smoking/vaping in any part of the house inside or out, a fine will be assessed for additional cleaning.
No Pet Policy: We love all pets but must enforce a no pet policy to keep the house clean.
